ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking experienced and dedicated LPNs to join our team. As a Home Care LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
• Implement goal-oriented care plans consistent with available resources.
• Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
