Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join ChristianaCare's HomeHealth team. With comprehensive OASIS-E training and advanced technology, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in the community, supporting New Castle County, DE. Your responsibilities will include implementing care plans, participating in discharge planning, and delivering goal-oriented patient care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
