Join our team for full-time or part-time hours with flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a $750 loyalty bonus after your first 300 worked hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct skilled nursing care.
• Utilize the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) program.
• Prepare equipment and materials according to care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Communicate patient's condition updates to supervisors and physicians.
• Collaborate with service providers and participate in interdisciplinary case conferences.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience preferred.
• Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• Strong patient management and documentation skills.
