Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health, specifically at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care unit, you will play a crucial role in delivering individualized nursing care plans to ensure the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/Director of Nursing.
- Assist in orienting and supervising nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and take on leadership responsibilities.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience as an LPN.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and valid LPN license.
