Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled long term care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment during day shifts. You will be part of Household #1 at Levindale Hospital, ensuring the care and well-being of residents.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
Assist in orienting and supervising nursing personnel.
Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent.
Less than 1 year of experience.
American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
