Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This is a full-time position at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care unit, you will work day shifts with a weekend commitment, providing essential nursing care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON.
- Assist in orienting and supervising nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Active LPN license and American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
