Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will work in Skilled Long Term Care at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position requires a weekend commitment on day shift from 7:00am to 7:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily unit operations on a per shift, household level.
- Provide leadership and compassionate care to residents.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience as an LPN.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and License Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
