Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital's Skilled Long Term Care unit in Baltimore, Maryland. As an LPN in our Household units, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care to residents, ensuring their needs are met and overseeing the daily operations of the unit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/Director of Nursing (DON).
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit on a per shift, household level, and take on leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent formal education.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN License.
