Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment on the day shift from 7:00am to 7:30pm at Levindale Hospital. Your role as a Staff Nurse will involve providing individualized nursing care plans, supervising nursing personnel, and ensuring the daily operations of the unit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Supervise and orient nursing personnel.
- Ensure residents' needs are met on a per shift, household level.
- Assume leadership responsibilities within the unit.
Requirements
- Associate's degree (2 years college) or equivalent.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Valid License Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
