Job Description

We are currently seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled long term care team at LifeBridge Health. Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON.
Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

Associate's degree in Nursing.
Less than 1 year of experience.
American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
