Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Supervise and orientate nursing personnel.
- Assume a leadership role in daily unit operations.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure resident needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Valid License Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
