Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled long-term care team at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN, you will work at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, providing individualized nursing care to residents in the Household units. This full-time position includes a weekend commitment on day shifts from 7:00am to 7:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities on a per-shift, household level.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
