Job Description
We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled Long Term Care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position requires a weekend commitment on day shift from 7:00am-7:30pm as a Staff Nurse at Levindale Hospital. The LPN will work in the Household units that provide long-term care for patients, ensuring individualized nursing care plans are developed and implemented to meet resident needs.
Responsibilities
- Utilize principles of nursing and basic physical assessments to develop and implement nursing care plans at a household level.
- Assist in orienting and supervising nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily operations of the unit and assume a leadership role.
Requirements
- Associate's degree and less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
