Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position requires a commitment to day shifts with a weekend rotation. As an LPN in the Skilled Long Term Care unit, you will play a vital role in providing individualized nursing care plans to meet the residents' needs. You will work under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/Director of Nursing (DON) and assist in overseeing nursing personnel while ensuring the smooth operation of the unit on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of individualized nursing care plans.
- Assisting in the orientation and supervision of nursing staff.
- Attending to daily operations at a household level.
- Taking on leadership responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent working knowledge.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
