Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in the Skilled Long Term Care unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care to residents and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON.
- Assist in orienting and supervising nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit, assuming leadership responsibilities.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents in a long-term care setting.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Valid License Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Less than 1 year of nursing experience required.
