We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment on day shift from 7:00am-7:30pm.

The Household units at Levindale Hospital provide long-term care for patients in a unique environment tailored to meet individual needs. LPNs play a crucial role in ensuring residents receive personalized care and support.
Job Summary
As an LPN at Levindale Hospital, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/Director of Nursing (DON) to develop and implement individualized care plans. You will also assist in orienting and supervising nursing staff and contribute to the daily operations of the unit.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing
- Less than 1 year of experience
- American Heart Association CPR Certification
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
