Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care unit, you will play a vital role in providing individualized nursing care, ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON.
- Assist in orienting and supervising nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily operations of the unit, taking on a leadership role.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- Current American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
- Ability to provide compassionate care and attention to residents' needs.
