Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will be working full-time with a weekend commitment, day shift from 7:00am-7:30pm in Household #1 at Levindale Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care plans to meet residents' needs.
- Assist in orienting and supervising nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily operations on a per shift, household level.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
