Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our skilled long term care team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans, assist in supervising nursing personnel, and ensure the overall well-being of our residents in the household unit setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in supervising nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily operations of the unit on a per shift, household level.
- Assume responsibilities of a leadership role.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
