Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, offers a Day shift from 7:00am-7:30pm with a weekend commitment. As an LPN in the Skilled Long Term Care unit, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON to provide individualized nursing care plans, supervise nursing personnel, and ensure the daily operations of the unit meet the residents' needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Supervise nursing personnel and provide leadership on a per shift, household level.
- Ensure the needs of the residents are met effectively and compassionately.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
- Basic physical assessment skills.
