Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position based in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. As an LPN in our skilled long-term care facility, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care plans, assisting in orientation and supervision of nursing personnel, and ensuring the wellbeing of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit on a per shift, household level.
- Assume responsibilities of a leadership role under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON.
Requirements
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
