Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join LifeBridge Health's team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in the Skilled Long Term Care unit, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans to meet the residents' needs. Additionally, you will provide supervision, orientation, and leadership support to nursing personnel on your shift.
Responsibilities
- Utilize general nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to deliver personalized care.
- Support the Clinical Leader/Director of Nursing in ensuring resident care needs are met.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing staff.
- Take on a leadership role in overseeing daily operations at the household level.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- Active American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
