Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care to residents, ensuring their needs are met and overseeing the daily operations of the unit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit on a per-shift, household level.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to provide high-quality care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Valid License Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Less than 1 year of nursing experience.
