Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at Levindale Hospital. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment for day shifts.
Unit Summary
The Household units at Levindale Hospital provide long-term care for patients in a comfortable and home-like environment. Staff members play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and safety of residents, including those with special needs such as dementia or reduced cognitive abilities.
Job Summary
As an LPN in the Household unit, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/Director of Nursing. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized care plans, supervising nursing personnel, and overseeing daily operations on a per-shift and household level.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- Less than 1 year of experience
- Current American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license
