The Household units at Levindale Hospital provide long-term care for patients with specialized amenities and services.
Job Summary
As a Household LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON, providing individualized nursing care plans to meet residents' needs, orienting and supervising nursing personnel, and assuming a leadership role in daily operations.
Requirements
Formal knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree, LPN License, and American Heart Association CPR Certification required. Less than 1 year of experience needed.
