Unit Summary
The Household units at Levindale Hospital provide long-term care for patients. Each Household consists of six units with 14 private bedrooms, a central kitchen, a den, and laundry facilities. Specific protocols are in place for patients with dementia or reduced cognitive abilities.
Job Summary
As a Household LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON, providing individualized nursing care plans for residents, assisting in nursing personnel orientation and supervision, and managing daily unit operations.
Requirements
Formal knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree, less than 1 year of experience, American Heart Association CPR Certification, and LPN license required.
