Unit Summary: The Household units at Levindale Hospital provide long-term care for patients. Households feature private bedrooms, central kitchens, and designated areas for patients with dementia or cognitive challenges.
Job Summary: As an LPN in the Household unit, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for residents, supervise nursing personnel, and handle daily unit operations.
Requirements: Associate's degree, CPR certification, and LPN license. Less than 1 year of experience required.
