Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health's Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care unit, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care to our residents under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet residents' needs.
- Assist in the supervision and orientation of nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily operations of the unit and assume responsibilities of a leadership role.
Requirements
- Associate's degree and less than 1 year of experience.
- License Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
