Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care facility, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume responsibilities of a leadership role.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience as an LPN.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and valid LPN license.
- Ability to deliver care based on residents' preferences and needs.
