Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this full-time role at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will be a vital part of our Skilled Long Term Care Household unit, providing individualized nursing care to residents. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/Director of Nursing (DON), assisting in the development and implementation of care plans, supervising nursing personnel, and overseeing daily operations at the household level.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and basic assessment skills to deliver personalized care.
- Orient and supervise nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery.
- Assume leadership responsibilities on a per-shift basis.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- LPN license and American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience is required.
