Job Title: LPN-LTC - Subacute Rehabilitation Unit
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule from 7:00pm to 7:30am, including weekend commitment. As an LPN in our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans, ensure resident needs are met, and contribute to the daily operations of our unit.
Unit Summary:
Hall 1 is a specialized 40-45 bed long-term care unit focusing on subacute rehabilitation with high complexity needs. Our staff must be compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to supporting residents in a caring environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit and take on leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Adhere to nursing best practices and ensure quality care for residents.
Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license.
- Less than one year of experience required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
