Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, as part of the LifeBridge Health team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for residents. The position requires providing compassionate care and assuming responsibilities on a leadership level as needed.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership roles.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure quality care delivery.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing; Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Less than one year of experience required.
