Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at the renowned Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in the subacute rehabilitation unit, you will work night shifts (7:00pm-7:30am) on a full-time basis with a weekend commitment to provide high-quality care to residents with complex needs.
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Perform basic physical assessments and ensure residents' needs are met.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as necessary to support the unit operations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing; Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
