Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our team, you will work on a full-time basis with a weekend commitment on the night shift (7:00pm-7:30am). You will be a valued member of our staff nurse team, ensuring the well-being of our residents through individualized care plans.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a subacute rehabilitation unit with 40-45 beds, catering to residents with high complexity needs. Our team members are dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to those in need, offering daily activities and a wide range of services.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will utilize your nursing principles and assessment skills to develop and implement care plans. You will oversee daily unit operations, stepping into leadership roles as necessary to ensure the residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing
- Less than one year of experience
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical equipment
