Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care to our residents. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation with high complexity of needs. Our team members are compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to helping others in need.
Job Summary
The LPN will utilize nursing principles and basic assessment skills to develop and implement care plans for residents. Additionally, the LPN will be responsible for the daily operations of the unit and may assume leadership roles as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing; less than one year of experience.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
