Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health. This full-time position with a weekend commitment involves night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit focusing on subacute rehabilitation with high complexity needs. Team members in Hall 1 provide compassionate care and support to residents.
Job Summary
As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans. You will play a key role in ensuring residents' needs are met and overseeing daily unit operations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing (or equivalent).
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
