Job Title: LPN-LTC - Subacute Rehabilitation Unit
We are currently looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule from 7:00pm to 7:30am, including weekends.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a specialized 40-45 bed long-term care unit that provides subacute rehabilitation services to residents with high complexity needs. Our team at Hall 1 is known for its compassion, motivation, and dedication to providing exceptional care and support to residents.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, the LPN will be responsible for implementing individualized nursing care plans, conducting basic physical assessments, and ensuring the overall well-being of residents. The role involves daily unit operations management and potential leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Less than one year of experience.
- Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
