Summary
Join our team at Hall 1, a 40-45 bed subacute rehabilitation unit known for providing exceptional care and support to residents with complex needs. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and physical assessment skills in care planning.
- Attend to unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities when required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing; LPN license and CPR certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
