LPN-LTC: Subacute Rehabilitation Unit
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position includes a night shift with a weekend commitment (7:00pm-7:30am).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Provide compassionate and dedicated care to residents with high complexity needs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
