Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an integral part of our nursing team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care to our residents. This is a full-time position with a night shift on weekends.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a subacute rehabilitation unit with high complexity needs, offering residents daily activities and a range of support services. Our staff is known for their compassion, motivation, and dedication to helping others.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume a leadership role as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills for resident care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Less than one year of experience.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and equipment operation knowledge.
