Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD on a full-time basis. As a Staff Nurse in our Hall 1 facility, you will work the night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am with a weekend commitment.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a specialized 40-45 bed long-term care unit that provides subacute rehabilitation services to residents with complex needs. Our team members are compassionate, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, the LPN will assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet residents' needs. You will also be responsible for the daily operations of the unit and may assume leadership roles as required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have an Associate's degree in nursing, a Practical Nursing license, and AHA CPR certification. Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment are essential. New hires will have opportunities for career advancement through our Nursing Career Ladder program.
