Job Description
LifeBridge Health is currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in the Subacute Rehabilitation Unit (Hall 1), you will work the night shift from 7:00pm to 7:30am with a weekend commitment. You will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents, attending to the daily unit operations, and assuming a leadership role as needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' needs are met.
- Assist with the daily operations of the unit and provide leadership when required.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a License for Practical Nursing.
- AHA CPR Certification required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
