Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health. This is a full-time position based in Baltimore, MD, with a night shift schedule from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met. You will also assist in the daily operations of the unit and take on leadership responsibilities when required.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a subacute rehabilitation unit with 40-45 beds, catering to residents with high complexity needs. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated team members to support residents in their daily activities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical equipment such as Synquest, IV Pump, EKG Machine, etc.
- Less than one year of experience required.
