Job Summary
Join our team at Hall 1, a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation with high complexity of needs. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing with License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
