Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in Hall 1, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment during night shifts (7:00pm-7:30am), providing high-quality care to residents with complex needs.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit that focuses on subacute rehabilitation, offering comprehensive services and daily activities to residents. Our team members are caring, motivated, and devoted to assisting those in need.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will utilize your nursing skills to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. You will oversee unit operations, take on leadership responsibilities as necessary, and ensure resident needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Less than one year of experience.
- Licensed Practical Nurse certification and AHA CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical equipment operation.
