Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in the subacute rehabilitation unit, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care to residents. This full-time position includes a weekend commitment on the night shift from 7:00pm to 7:30am.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation with high complexity needs. Our team at Hall 1 is known for providing compassionate care along with a wide range of services and support to residents, making a positive impact in their lives.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations and provide leadership as required.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- AHA CPR Certification.
