Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our Hall 1 unit, you will work the night shift with a weekend commitment, providing expert nursing care to residents with high complexity needs.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit that offers daily activities, services, and support to residents. Our team members are motivated and dedicated to providing compassionate care to those in need.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met. You will also oversee unit operations and take on leadership responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills including knowledge of medical equipment.
- Less than one year of experience.
