Job Title: LPN-LTC: Subacute Rehabilitation Unit
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital on the Subacute Rehabilitation Unit. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment, night shift, from 7:00pm to 7:30am.
Unit Summary
Join a 40-45 bed long-term care unit that offers daily activities and a wide range of services to residents. The unit focuses on subacute rehabilitation for residents with complex needs, requiring compassionate and dedicated staff members.
Job Summary
As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care to residents. You will play a crucial role in the daily unit operations and may assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Less than one year of experience required.
