Summary
Levindale Hospital is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its Subacute Rehabilitation Unit. This full-time position offers a weekend commitment during night shifts. The ideal candidate will be part of Hall 1, a 40-45 bed long-term care unit that provides subacute rehabilitation services to residents with high complexity of needs. Responsibilities
- Implement individualized nursing care plans under the direction of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit and take on leadership responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing with a License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment such as IV pumps and EKG machines.
- Prior formal knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree and less than one year of experience.
