Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, a part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our team, you will work night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am with a weekend commitment.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a subacute rehabilitation unit with 40-45 beds, offering residents various services and activities. Our staff members are compassionate, motivated, and committed to providing exceptional care to those in need.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will use your nursing skills to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. You will also oversee the daily operations of the unit and take on leadership responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing
- Less than one year of experience
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and various medical equipment
